And of course, with more of us working remotely, this is only going to get worse, so let’s take some steps today to improve your posture.
This 2 minute video has some top tips for making sure your back, neck and shoulders stay aligned when working. Have you thought about using an ironing board as a standing desk?
Don’t forget they are height-adjustable!
And these simple desk stretches are designed to help ease the strain wherever you’re sitting.
