The festive season can be difficult for many people. Relationships, money worries, grief, loneliness, can all put pressure on us at this time of year.
Be kind to yourself this Christmas. Try to avoid comparisons with the Christmas you see in adverts and social media and remember that support is always available if you need at Christmas and whenever you need it.
