We are committed to looking after your well-being and mental health.
One of the ways we do this is by having a network of over 40 Mental Health First Aiders across the Trust.
Back in the summer of 2020, colleagues were given the opportunity to become an accredited Mental Health First Aider. Since then we have trained further cohorts.
Please remember they are colleagues like you, they are not counsellors. But if you need a trusted, listening ear, they are here to help and point you in the direction of getting further support. All conversations are treated with complete confidentiality.
